Celebrating One Year of Karate

This month we recognize John, Nathan, Kayson, Jack Henry, and Sammie for reaching an important milestone: one year of karate training.

In a time when many activities are started and quickly abandoned, committing to something for an entire year is an accomplishment worth celebrating. Over the past year, these students have shown perseverance, dedication, and a willingness to keep learning even when training became challenging. Focus of the Month: Seek Perfection of Character

Our focus for June is Seek Perfection of Character, the first principle of our Dojo Kun. This month, we encourage students to strive to be their best both in and out of the dojo by showing respect, demonstrating self-discipline, and giving their best effort in everything they do. Read more…

Good Luck at Nationals!

We would like to wish the best of luck to Gabe, Thorin, and Mia as they represent Union Karate Club at the AAU Karate Nationals this month. We are proud of the hard work they have put in to earn this opportunity and can’t wait to see them compete on the national stage.

Summer Schedule & New Building

We are excited to announce that classes will begin in our new building on July 7. Along with the move, we will be introducing a new class schedule. More details will be shared soon, so be sure to check GroupMe as well as our website and social media pages for updates.

Please note that Union Karate Club will be closed June 29 through July 4.

Grand Opening Celebration

July 11

We will be hosting a special Grand Opening event featuring seminars and lunch for attendees. A full schedule will be released soon. We hope you’ll join us as we celebrate this exciting milestone for Union Karate Club.
